So today is apparently a bank holiday, but that means less than naught to me. I can't afford to take (another) day off revision at this point, and I've had a lecture already anyway.
Well, less lecture, more waste of my time. I was not given a problem sheet so all I could do for 2 hours is sit on my own (I know nobody in the class) trying to dredge up from memory what I knew about the topic, which as it turns out is depressingly little.
So why did I just sit there and not ask for a sheet? Because there weren't enough to go around.
Why was that? Because the lecturer didn't bring enough, and those in the group who had already been given the sheet in a class I'm not registered for didn't bother to bring their old copy.
Why did I not get one? Was I late, or at the back of the class?
No, I was the second person into the room and I was sitting right at the front, but evidently that makes me invisible because the lecturer ignored me and passed the sheets back behind me.

And what's even better is that the whole thing has thrown me into a hugely negative panic about not knowing enough for the exams next week, because everyone seemed to know so much more than I do. Even if they did have their notes.

F*$!

Oh, and in gaming news, it seems that GTA4 is out. The one game I've been totally uninterested in, but having seen in-game videos have become keen in getting. Which means it's now one of two games which make me wish I had the money for a PS3, but don't so probably won't ever get.
Also, there's the predictable uprising of the moral police who think people shouldn't have the freedom of choice (as adults) to play and do whatever the hell they want. Yeah, so there's supposedly a 'won't someone think of the children!' theme to their bleating, but honestly... it's retarded to think GTA of all things should ever end up in the hands of a child.

Personally, I see GTA4 as a parenting test. If you buy it for your (non-adult) child then you fail as a parent. Simple.
